Changing Grooming Business
It has been a tough year for our grooming department. After looking for a new groomer for almost a year, we gave up and decided to send a current employee to The New York School of Grooming. Leigh was transitioned from day core manager to pending groomer and started school in February. She is taking a 300 hour course that requires her to be in the city Monday through Friday for ten weeks.
Announcing a universal rate increase as of April 15,2008. It has been more than five years since we have had a boarding or day care rate increase. With the rising price of heating oil and general inflation we are having to make some changes. Inan effort to continue to provide the best care to our canine clients, we are raising our service fees for the following aspects of the business; boarding, grooming, and day care.
